Educational Qualification & Experience -

Diploma Engineer

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4 to 8 years of experience in civil construction and site execution

Degree Engineer

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 6 years of experience in civil construction and site execution

Job Summary - We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Civil Site Engineer to support the execution of EV infrastructure projects, heavy vehicle depots, commercial buildings, and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, preparing BOQs and estimates, and monitoring project progress at multiple project locations.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel and work across North India, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities -

Site Execution & Project Management

- Execute and supervise civil construction activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, brickwork, paving, drainage systems, flooring, utility trenches, and related infrastructure works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate daily construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization at site.





Drawing & Structural Coordination
- Prepare and modify civil and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Review structural and architectural drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical clarifications and drawing revisions.
- Assist in structural analysis and design activities using STAAD Pro.

BOQ, Estimation & Quantity Surveying
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare cost estimates, material requirements, and project quantity calculations.
- Monitor material consumption and support cost control initiatives.
- Verify contractor quantities, measurements, and billing submissions.

BBS & Reinforcement Planning
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantity calculations.
- Review reinforcement drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.

Quality Assurance & Safety
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate material testing and maintain quality records.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site compliance requirements.

Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants,



vendors, and suppliers for timely project execution.
- Track contractor performance and resolve site execution issues.
- Verify work completion and certify bills as per executed quantities.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Track project schedules, site issues, manpower deployment, and material status.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement sheets, inspection reports, and billing records.

Required Skills-

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of STAAD Pro.
- Experience in BOQ Preparation, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Costing.
- Knowledge of BBS Preparation and Reinforcement Detailing.
- Strong understanding of RCC structures, foundations, and infrastructure works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:
