About the Role

Maatrum Technologies is looking for freelance Civil Engineers and Diploma holders to conduct on-site property inspections for land and building valuation. This opportunity is suitable for candidates seeking flexible working hours, field-based assignments, and payment on a per-inspection basis.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant site work experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to conduct on-site property inspections and verification.
- Measure land and buildings and record details such as the number of floors and rooms.
- Capture property photographs with GPS location details and take a selfie with the customer at the site.
- Record the geo-locations of comparable properties in the surrounding area.
- Photograph the electricity board and electricity bill, wherever applicable.
- Collect and document all four boundary details of the property.




- Gather prevailing market rates per square foot from multiple sources.
- Update all inspection details, photographs, measurements, and other information in the Site Inspector application.

Payment and Engagement Details
- Payment: ₹400 per completed inspection file.
- Average Time per File: 20–30 minutes.
- Working Hours: Flexible, based on your availability.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): 6 hours to complete the file.
- Coverage Area: Up to an 80 km radius from your PIN code, subject to assignment availability.

- Basic knowledge of land and building measurements.
- Good observation and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications.
- Ability to complete inspections and submit reports within the specified turnaround time.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
