Hiring: Civil Site Engineer/Supervisor- CLM BIZ PRIVATE LIMITED We are hiring Civil Site Engineer/Supervisor for Railway renovation, repair, painting and civil works across South India.

Job Location: Tamil Nadu Multiple Project Sites

Important: This is a site-based position in Tamil Nadu. Candidates must be willing to relocate/travel to project sites as required.

Language Requirement: Candidates must be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.

Freshers and experienced candidates with a Civil Engineering background are welcome. Candidates should be willing to travel/relocate, work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities & Skills





- Manage daily site execution, work planning, labour and contractors.
- Coordinate with Railway SSE/JE/officials and Project Managers.
- Handle material planning, site measurements, BOQ, quantity calculations and RA/CC billing support.
- Prepare daily progress reports with photos/videos and maintain site records.
- Read and understand civil drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Positive knowledge of Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination and labour management skills.
- Willing to travel/relocate across South India and work independently.
- Take complete ownership of assigned site activities.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech Civil or relevant site experience. Candidates should be active, responsible, willing to travel/relocate, and capable of independently managing site activities.
