Role Description The CIVIL PROJECT & OPERATIONS HEAD is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch, responsible for end-to-end management of civil infrastructure projects across industrial, renewable, and petrochemical sectors. The role involves planning and overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Daily activities include monitoring site progress, resolving technical and operational issues, managing resources and contractors, and implementing efficient processes and workflows.

The role also includes preparing and reviewing project reports,



cost estimates, and schedules, while driving continuous improvement in operations and supporting strategic decisions for ongoing and upcoming projects.

The Civil

Project & Operations Head will lead cross-functional site teams, foster collaboration, and uphold compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and on-site execution oversight.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, support decision-making, and optimize cost, time, and quality performance.
- Proven Team Management abilities, including leadership of multi-disciplinary site teams, contractor coordination, and performance management.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and for clear reporting and documentation.
- Sound Budgeting and cost-control skills, with experience in estimating, tracking project finances, and maintaining profitability and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in construction management or project management are an advantage.
- Multiple years of experience in civil project execution and operations within industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, or petrochemical sectors.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations, with a focus on quality
