We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Civil Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will assist in supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, checking quality, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

· Read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.

· Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Assist in checking dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

· Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.

· Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of work records.

· Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

· Assist in quality inspections and ensure proper construction practices.

· Coordinate with MEP and other project teams.

· Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.

· Follow project safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the site.





· Assist in preparing snag lists and following up on pending works.

· Learn and implement construction methods, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualification

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

· Good understanding of basic civil engineering concepts.

· Willingness to work at project/construction sites.

Required Skills

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.

· Ability to read drawings.

· Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.

· Problem-solving attitude.

· Willingness to learn & Travel across Tamilnadu.

· Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred

Candidates with internship or academic project experience in construction, industrial buildings, warehouses, PEB, commercial buildings, or EPC projects will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
