Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Chennai.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering works related to EPCC projects, including foundations, structures, utilities, and site infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering drawings and design calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams,



and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and HSE requirements. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, resolving technical issues, and supporting stormwater and drainage management solutions for industrial and marine facilities.

The Civil

Engineer will also assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and reporting to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in civil engineering, with demonstrated skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Experience in planning and coordination of civil works for industrial, oil and gas, or marine projects.
- Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers and other technical professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant national and international codes, standards, and HSE practices.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and basic project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in industrial environments.
