We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to supervise and manage civil construction, renovation, repair and maintenance works at AAIOI, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, preparation of estimates, BOQs, tender documents, quantity calculations, measurement books, contractor billing, quality control and coordination with contractors and vendors.

The candidate must have good knowledge of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR), CPWD specifications, rate analysis, estimation, costing and preparation of BOQs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office is also required.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years in civil construction, renovation or building maintenance works.

Preference: Candidates having practical experience in preparing estimates using CPWD DSR, analysis of rates for non-schedule items and execution of government or institutional projects will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
