Faff is an AI personal assistant on WhatsApp that actually gets things done: groceries, refunds, trips, gifts, the admin nobody wants. Now we're going hyperlocal, and we're not doing it with a playbook. We're doing it with one person per neighborhood.

The Job to be done

One job: be faff's founder in your neighborhood. Get the first set of people on faff, and make sure everyone in that neighborhood knows we exist. That's it. That's the whole role.

When Uber entered a recent city, they hired one person per neighborhood with this exact mission. No playbook, no permission slips. We don't know the best way to do this in Indiranagar, Bandra or South Delhi.

The plan could be anything: content, offline activation, partnerships, whatever your neighborhood calls for. You'll report directly to our growth lead and co-founders. If you crack it, you'll own the GTM playbook we take to every neighborhood next.

Your neighborhood, pick one:

You live there or you deeply know it. You know the societies, the colleges, the cafes, the WhatsApp groups, the subreddits, the people who make things happen. That knowledge is your unfair advantage. Use all of it. For the rest, we will help you with what you need to make it happen.

Who we're looking for:

Extremely high agency. You've never met a "no" you accepted at face value
2. You've started something from zero, even small: an event, a page, a club, a side hustle. Taken end to end, nobody holding your hand
3. People pick up your call. You're extroverted, warm, and unembarrassable
4. You can sell without being sales-y. You understand why people talk about things
5. Bias for action over decks. You'd rather run three experiments this week than one PowerPoint with updates
6. Creative. You can think outside the box, and on your feet

You're not a fit, if: Your first answer to "how do you get 100 users" is "run ads."
