What You’ll Own

We are looking for a City AM – Insights who will act as the city’s insight engine — ensuring disciplined execution, sharp RCA, strong supply pulse, and consistent team performance, while maintaining high quality and audit standards.

What You’ll Do

Execution & Calendar Discipline

- Own and drive adherence to the Category X activity calendar
- Ensure timely completion of rituals, sampling, and RCAs

Insights & Root Cause Analysis

- Identify deviations in key metrics and lead deep RCAs
- Translate data and market signals into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with central teams on structured problem solving

Supply Pulse (VoP / VoC)

- Own the city-level Voice of Partner and Voice of Customer
- Surface recurring issues, risks, and opportunities with clear POVs

Team Performance Management

- Drive team efficiency and productivity
- Track incentive eligibility and publish weekly performance reports

Team Experience & Stability

- Ensure role clarity, goal alignment, and smooth transition into recent structures
- Regularly track team pulse and address friction points early





Quality & Audit Excellence

- Own audits, scoring, and follow-through
- Ensure strong process discipline and quality benchmarks

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech (Any domain) / B.Sc (Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics) / B.E and/or Master's degree in any domain (Business Management / Operations / Computer Science / Arts, etc.)
