Company Description Wiglo is a privacy-first platform that gives individuals an honest, personal read on their job security, without making predictions or exposing employer data. It transforms the informal “feeling in the corridor” into a structured view using questions about a user’s role, team, and company, then returns clear signals such as Maintain, Prepare, Act, or Move now, along with practical next steps. Built in Pune by two co-founders with decades of experience in bank risk management and HR, Wiglo applies institutional-grade thinking to individual careers.
The product is designed so that scoring happens entirely on Wiglo’s side, never on the user’s device, with strict controls to keep employer contact and data sharing out of scope. Wiglo is free to use, private by design, and focused on giving people a few minutes of clarity about where they stand. This is a equity based role for now.
Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Wiglo will lead the end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and delivery of the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong privacy controls. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will partner closely with product and business leadership to translate user needs into product features,
prioritize the roadmap, and manage technology projects from concept through deployment. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, establishing engineering best practices, and continuously improving the technical stack to support growth.
