About Role:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, sharp, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder & CEO at Globeia. This role is for someone who can connect strategy with execution, leverage technology to solve business problems, and drive outcomes across multiple teams. If you love taking ownership, solving complex challenges, and making things happen, this is your kind of role!

What You’ll Do:

- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the Founder & CEO to translate business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Tech, Product and Operations teams to drive execution and accountability.
- Tech-Driven Solutions: Leverage your technical knowledge to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows,



and improve operational efficiency.
- Project & Program Management: Own critical projects, track milestones, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Business & Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Founder’s Office Support: Drive high-priority initiatives, prepare strategic updates, and ensure key business goals stay on track.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in technology, product, program management, consulting, or business operations.
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Tech Background is must: Solid technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and leverage technology for business impact.
- Execution Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and get things done.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a high sense of ownership.
