About the Role

Our client company is looking for an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company's marketing strategy, strengthen its market positioning and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in B2B marketing, enterprise client acquisition, brand development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Business Growth

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, target industries and potential revenue streams

1. B2B Marketing & Client Acquisition

- Develop and execute strategies to attract enterprise clients seeking outsourcing and business process services.
- Strengthen the marketing and sales pipeline through targeted campaigns, demand generation and strategic partnerships.

1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

- Define and strengthen the company's brand identity, market positioning and value proposition.
- Establish differentiation against competing BPO and outsourcing service providers

1. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation





- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, marketing automation and lead generation initiatives.
- Use CRM systems, marketing analytics and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

1. Leadership, Budget & Performance Management

- Lead, develop and mentor the marketing team and establish explicit performance objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, external agencies and strategic partners.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, enterprise sales cycles, demand generation and client acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth, market expansion and revenue generation.
- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and managing substantial marketing budgets.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI-enabled services, automation and digital transformation will be an added advantage.
