Job Title: Chief Manager /Senior Manager /Branch Manager

Role & Responsibilities

- Drive branch-level business growth with a primary focus on CCD and investment products.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition, direct sales, referrals and local market networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, existing customers, business owners and local influencers.
- Identify potential investors and convert leads into business through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
- Lead branch operations, achieve monthly business targets and monitor team performance.
- Develop local market strategies to expand the customer base and improve branch profitability.
- Cross-sell the company's financial products, including Gold Loans, Gold Coins, Business Loans and Property Loans, wherever relevant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular business reports, monitor sales pipelines and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline with relevant experience in banking, NBFCs,



financial services, sales or investment product distribution.
- Retired bankers, ex-bankers and experienced NBFC professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with proven experience in investment mobilisation, CCD sales, customer acquisition and business development will be preferred.
- Must have strong local market connections and the ability to generate business independently.
- Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management and team leadership skills.
- Candidates with an established network in Thiruvananthapuram will have an added advantage.
