Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the companys financial strategy and long-term financial planning.

Partner with CEO and board members to drive strategic decisions and company direction.

Lead capital raising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and financialinstitutions.

Identify and analyze investment opportunities, including land acquisitions anddevelopment projects.

Drive strategic planning processes and financial forecasting.

Financial Management

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, andtreasury.

Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, and tax returns.

Manage the capital structure and determine appropriate financing strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.

Oversee project financing and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Risk Management Compliance
