We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's finance function and provide strategic financial leadership across multiple manufacturing units.

Title - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Head Office, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 15–25 years (Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a CFO / Head of Finance / senior finance leadership role) Prefered manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry

Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA) / M.Com

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group.

· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives and sustainable growth.

· Oversee financial controls, MIS, costing, profitability analysis and performance monitoring across multiple units.

· Manage banking operations, working capital, treasury and investment activities.

· Lead capital management, fund raising and financial structuring.

· Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, tax and financial requirements.

· Monitor cash flows,



liquidity and working capital requirements across all units.

· Provide strategic advice to the Management/Board on investments, expansion, capital expenditure and business decisions.

· Establish strong financial governance, internal controls and risk-management systems.

· Drive cost optimisation and improve overall financial efficiency and profitability.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants and statutory authorities.

· Manage and mentor the Group Finance & Accounts team.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
