Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead the companys overall business strategy, growth, and operations in the real estate sector. The role involves driving profitability, identifying new business opportunities, managing investments, and ensuring sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead real estate development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and investment initiatives.
- Identify current market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and business performance.
- Manage senior leadership teams and ensure operational excellence.
- Build relationships with investors, clients, government authorities, and key stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with RERA, legal requirements, and applicable real estate regulations.
- Monitor market trends, project progress, risks, and overall business performance.

Experience: 12–20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with proven leadership experience in a senior management role. Key Skills: Strategic Leadership, Business Development, Financial Management, Real Estate Investments, Negotiation, Team Management, and Stakeholder Relations.

Qualification: MBA in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
