Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 48 years of experience in managing multiple clients end to end, overseeing financial and compliance activities, and handling key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have solid client relationship management, communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to independently manage client requirements and deliverables.

Experience handling clients in the IT/software services or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client accounts end to end, ensuring timely delivery of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and compliance-related services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements, address queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with client finance teams, senior management, internal teams, auditors, tax consultants and other stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Oversee financial statements, reconciliations, management reports and other financial deliverables, as applicable.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance and regulatory filings, depending on client requirements.
- Monitor deadlines, ensure accuracy of deliverables and identify potential financial or compliance risks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and financial planning, wherever required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement,



standardisation and operational efficiency across client engagements.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of ICAI.
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and handling client engagements end to end.
- Strong stakeholder management, client communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling clients in the IT, software development, technology services or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in a CA firm, consulting organisation, outsourced finance function or client-facing finance role.
- Experience interacting with senior management and finance stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage client expectations and resolve complex queries.
