Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage our financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal auditing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure complete accuracy in financial statements and guide strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect tax filings, tax planning, and statutory compliances under local and national laws.

- Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits, verify financial records, and resolve discrepancies.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing organizational budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

- Advisory & Risk Management: Provide financial analysis, evaluate business risks,



and advise management on mergers, acquisitions, or capital utilization.

- Team Supervision: Guide and oversee junior accountants, bookkeepers, and the finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, combined with a valid CA/CPA designation (e.g., ICAI membership in India or equivalent qualification).

- Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification or articleship experience in corporate accounting or public practice.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and advanced tools like Microsoft Excel.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and corporate laws.

- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, high ethical standards, and clear communication skills.
