We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to manage Accounts Payable, cash flow planning, vendor reconciliation, lease accounting, compliance coordination and financial reporting in a multi-location/global operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable and high-volume vendor transactions.
- Prepare and track weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and align AP with AR.
- Ensure timely vendor, statutory and intercompany payments.
- Monitor overdue balances, ageing, accruals and contingent liabilities.
- Handle rental and manpower cost booking and AP accruals.
- Drive monthly financial closure and reconciliation activities.
- Perform lease and cost reconciliations and analyse variances.




- Manage vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve payment/TDS-related queries.
- Coordinate TDS filings, statutory compliance and third-party payroll vendor compliance.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS, cash flow, ageing and projection-vs-actual reports.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, vendors and internal finance teams.
- Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and financial controls.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable / AP Operations.
- Cash flow planning and working capital management.
- Vendor reconciliation and vendor management.
- Accrual accounting and cost booking.
- Month-end financial closure.
- TDS, GST and statutory compliance exposure.
- MIS and financial reporting.
- Robust analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- ERP experience; Oracle preferred.
- Exposure to lease accounting and global/shared-service finance operations will be an advantage.
