- Graduation, life science background preferably Bio-Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, Physiotherapist, Pharmacy and NursingMinimum of 1 years EM Outpatient, Inpatient, and observation
- Should be CIC/CCS/CPC certified through AAPC/AHIMASoftware/Platform preference - Epic, Encoder Robust knowledge in anatomy and physiology
- Willing to work for Rotational shifts
- Accurately code physician practitioner services through review of medical record documentation and encounter forms for Outpatient facilityAssign EM levels pertaining to Office visit, EM Inpatient & Observation visit,
- Preventive visit, Critical care codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and modifiers based on documentation, government teaching physician documentation requirements and LCD/NCD/ NCCI policiesShould have working experience minor procedures done in outpatient facility (Immunizations, Vaccinations, Infusions, Injections, HCPCS CPT series)
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure that deliverable to the client is adhered to the quality standards and productivity TAT
