- Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets through lead generation, follow-ups, parent counselling, and school tours.
- Manage parent relationships, address queries and concerns, and ensure a positive parent experience.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through referrals, community outreach, and promotional activities.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and supervise teachers and support staff to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor curriculum implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain admission records, centre documentation, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to achieve centre goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
