Saffron Catering is looking for an experienced, result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth through outbound sales, institutional catering partnerships and long-term catering contracts.

We aim to build long-term partnerships with corporates, factories, educational institutions, hospitals and other organizations across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab and Uttarakhand.

We are looking for a agile, Sales & Business Development Professional who can independently identify opportunities, generate leads, acquire clients and secure profitable, recurring catering contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify and acquire new Catering leads for Weddings, Private Events etc
- Develop business opportunities for corporate catering, industrial canteens and institutional meal contracts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, client visits and industry referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Secure long-term contracts with fixed or minimum-guaranteed meal volumes.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.

Requirements

- 5-6 + years of experience in B2B & B2C sales and business development.
- Experience in B2B sales, catering, hospitality or food services preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
- Proven track record in corporate catering, institutional food services or industrial canteen contracts preferred.
- Strong outbound sales,



negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Ability to independently generate leads and secure high-value, recurring contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to generate business independently.
