- Basic IT skills required
- Knowledge HNC or equivalent experience including 3yrs experience of working in a Supervisory role .
- Experience Experience of Facilities services provision with direct experience in Catering Services .
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Infection Control . Good communication skills . Ability to be flexible adaptable .
- Supporting the provision of quality patient care and Retail Service within Gartnavel Campus
- The Facilities Directorate deliver a variety of services (e g patient and retail catering, domestic cleaning, portering, transport) which supports and contributes to the provision of quality patient care
- Knowledge HNC or equivalent experience including 3yrs experience of working in a Supervisory role
- Knowledge of all aspects of Facilities Services with particular focus on Catering services
- Knowledge of Health Safety (training provided e g Working Safely)
- Knowledge of COSHH (training provided)
- Knowledge of Lifting and Handling (training provided)
- Knowledge of Infection Control practices (training provided)
- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
- Knowledge of appropriate Quality Standards
- Knowledge of Continuous improvement
- Knowledge and awareness of HR policies and procedures
