Role

- New Model Field Establishment w.r.t Quality Concerns.
- Market vehicle/component level defect identification, Analysis & time bound loop closure.

(Entire Vehicle System, Engine, Electrical / Electronic, Chassis / Frame Systems)

A purpose driven role for you

- Should have knowledge of 2 Wheeler Vehicle Testing (Frame & Engine Drivability), Vibration Testing
- Base Model Inputs to CIT for design related upgradation with past failure trends & ensure 100% closures of Base Model issues
- Proto- M1 Ride Evaluation Participation - Go Ahead for next model development events
- Responsible for Design, Mfg. Market issues resolution & action implementation speedily in Products
- Participation, & ensure potential field issue closures 100% during IQC (Initial Quality Check) Events
- Past Learnings Management, ensure logical closure during model development
- Initial product feedback Survey Designing (Online Questionnaire, Gemba Plan) & ensure improvements implementation for Gate 7 Clearance
