Key Responsibilities

1. Assess and provide immediate medical care to patients presenting to Casualty/Emergency.
2. Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate appropriate emergency treatment.
3. Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and coordinate timely referrals to consultants.
4. Manage common medical and surgical emergencies according to established clinical protocols.
5. Perform basic emergency procedures, including CPR and initial resuscitation.
6. Ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings, treatment, investigations, and patient disposition.
7. Coordinate with nursing, diagnostic, ICU, OT, and other hospital teams for seamless patient care.
8. Facilitate admissions, transfers,



referrals, and discharges as clinically appropriate.
9. Respond promptly to Code Blue and other hospital emergencies.
10. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient-safety standards, and medico-legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. MBBS from a recognized institution.
2. Valid Delhi Medical Council (DMC) registration.
3. Previous experience in Emergency/Casualty, ICU, or acute care is preferred.
4. BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
5. Robust clinical judgment and ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
