- Billing & Payments: Generate accurate bills for customers and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.

- Cash Handling: Maintain the cash counter, handle cash responsibly, and ensure correct change is returned to customers.

- Daily Cash Reconciliation: Match cash and digital payment collections with the POS system and report any discrepancies to the Outlet Manager.

- Record Maintenance: Maintain daily sales records, payment details, refunds, discounts, and other billing-related documents.

- Customer Service: Greet customers politely, resolve basic billing queries, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

- POS Operation: Operate the billing software, POS machine, and other payment systems efficiently.

- Discounts & Refunds: Process authorized discounts, cancellations,



and refunds as per company policy.

- Coordination: Coordinate with service staff, salesmen, and the Outlet Manager to ensure accurate billing and smooth operations.

- Cash Security: Keep cash and payment-related documents secure and prevent unauthorized transactions.

- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash counter.

- Reporting: Submit daily cash, sales, and payment reports to the concerned manager

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
