Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cashier role based at the iVenus store in Ratlam. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer purchases accurately, handling cash, card, and digital payments, and issuing receipts in accordance with company policies. The role includes managing the billing counter, reconciling daily cash and sales reports, and maintaining proper records of transactions.





The Cashier supports store operations by answering customer queries related to billing, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience. The role also involves following security and loss-prevention procedures and maintaining a clean, organized billing area.

Qualifications

- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for accurate billing, cash handling, and reconciliation.
- Customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a professional, courteous manner.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems, digital payments, and billing software.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle peak-hour transactions and maintain orderly records.
- Ability to work in office in Ratlam, including weekends and holidays as per retail schedules.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or front-desk operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or commerce is a plus.
- Integrity, reliability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
