The career guidance counselor s primary role is to aid our students with deciphering and selecting their preferred career trajectories. What you will be doing

1.Helping students develop academic plans that match their skills and strengths.

2.Collaborating with other staff members

3.Facilitating crisis intervention and prevention programs

4municating with Teachers, parents, and administrators about a students progress regularly

5.Building non-judgmental relationships based on trust and respect.

6.Analyzing student performance in the classroom

7.Helping School Administrators plan and carry out school-related programs and events.

8.Helping students talk about their feelings and think about their choices.

9.Works with the staff, students, and students parents to create a healthy and productive setting for the pupils.





10.Listen to problems regarding schoolwork or stress that arise during an academic year and offer guidance in overcoming them.

And work with other Teachers and staff members to create training and programs that can help students excel.

11.Conducting PSAT and SAT Exams

12.Should share important announcements.

13.Should be able to conduct aptitude tests and psychometric tests.

Qualifications:

1.Degree from a recognized University

2.Certification in Counselling will be an added advantage.

3.Previous proven experience of 2 to 8 years.

4.Membership with the British Association for Counselling is desirable.
