Ekaan Wellness is a premium concierge elder care membership service based in Delhi NCR, built on a dignity-first philosophy of care. We support families in ensuring their elders never navigate health, medical, and daily wellness needs alone — always with a trusted, familiar face by their side.

Role Summary The Care Manager is the face and voice of Ekaan Wellness for our members — part front-desk coordinator, part hospital liaison, part trusted presence for the families we serve. This role ensures every elder member feels seen, supported, and cared for at every touchpoint, whether at home, at a hospital, or at an Ekaan centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned member families, managing day-to-day coordination with warmth and professionalism
- Accompany and coordinate members during hospital visits, diagnostics, and specialist consultations — managing registration, appointment flow, and documentation
- Liaise directly with hospital front-office, billing, and reception teams to ensure smooth, dignified, and efficient member experiences
- Maintain accurate Care Manager activity logs, member records, and service documentation as per Ekaan SOPs




- Coordinate with the Nursing Lead and specialist teams to schedule and track member care plans
- Communicate proactively with next of kin regarding appointments, health updates, and service delivery
- Escalate medical or emergency concerns promptly, following Ekaan protocols

What You Need

- Prior experience in a hospital front office / front-end role (reception, registration, patient coordination, or billing desk) — mandatory
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable navigating hospital systems, diagnostics centres, and pharmacy processes
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure, especially with elderly members
- Well organised, with solid attention to detail
- Willing to travel locally within Delhi NCR
