- Experience with dispute data remediation
- 10-15 years of Credit Cards domain with robust exposure to issuing ecosystems
- Minimum 3-4 years as a Dispute BA/SME (not operations focused).
- Credit Card Disputes Process understanding.
- Deep understanding of credit card lifecycle (Authorization, clearing & settlement, billing, dispute handling etc..).
- Dispute operation and data flow with Merchant, Network, and customer.
- Regulatory/Compliance aspects of Dispute processing (optional)
- Experience with dispute data remediation.

- SQL Knowledge is mandatory

Keywords Dispute, Chargeback, ITS, TRAMS along with other standard keywords used to filter the Credit Card Domain profiles
