Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Captain to manage daily floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain smooth coordination between the service team and kitchen. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and café floor operations.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor table turnover, cleanliness, and overall service standards.




- Guide and support service staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and daily closing procedures when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain, Senior Steward, or in a similar role at a café or restaurant.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong team coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
