About the Role

This is not a typical Telecalling role.

At Helper4U, we are building a tech-driven hiring platform for domestic workers, where AI chat and voice agents handle most of the onboarding process.

Your role will be to ensure quality, completeness, and trust in the system by engaging with candidates where human judgment is required.

You will work at the intersection of operations, communication, and AI-driven workflows—making this a great learning prospect for anyone interested in modern, tech-enabled businesses.

What You Will Do

Onboard job seekers

- Call and talk to domestic worker job-seekers to create their profile, and onboard them on Helper4U
- Also review candidate profiles created by AI systems, and call candidates to collect missing or unclear information

Ensure quality & accuracy of data
- Verify details shared by job seekers
- Maintain high-quality, structured candidate records

Improve candidate experience

- Guide job seekers through the hiring process
- Resolve queries with empathy and clarity

Drive follow-ups & closures
- Track incomplete profiles and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with candidates to collect documents

Contribute to process improvement

- Identify gaps in AI conversations
- Suggest improvements in scripts and workflows

Skills Required

- Good spoken and written Hindi and/or English and/or Kannada

Eligibility

- Graduate (any discipline) freshers
- Available for 6 months (full-time, work from home)
- Have a laptop, smartphone, stable internet, and quiet workspace to work 8 hours per day
