Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with universities to schedule campus interviews and recruitment drives.

- Manage bulk hiring processes for sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.

- Develop strong relationships with university relations teams to identify potential talent pools.

- Conduct volume hiring campaigns across multiple locations, meeting tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in campus recruitment.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with high accuracy rates.

- Solid understanding of the education industry and its dynamics, particularly in India.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with universities, clients, and internal stakeholders.
