We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Calypso Back Office Business Analyst to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with Calypso systems.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Calypso systems.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve business processes and operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.




- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with current system implementations.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with Calypso systems and back office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
