Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
- Follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally over the phone.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Handle customer queries and share relevant information.
- Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned calling targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confidence in making calls and handling customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
