Are you a seasoned Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting and Advisory professional with a robust track record in business transformation, end-to-end solution shaping, and strategic deal advisory?
We are looking for experienced professionals who can bridge BFS business challenges, technology-led transformation, AI-driven innovation, and strategic presales to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
? Key Responsibilities & Expertise
✅ BFS Domain Consulting: Deep understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, deposits, wealth management, securities services, reconciliation, and BIAN concepts.
✅ Business Advisory & Transformation: Lead discovery workshops, assess current-state operations, identify business challenges, define target operating models, and develop transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
✅ End-to-End Solution Shaping: Translate business needs into scalable solutions across application engineering, package implementation, cloud, data and analytics, AI, and managed services.
✅ Strategic Presales & Deal Shaping: Drive solution propositions, contribute to RFP/RFI responses, develop proposals and presentations, support estimation, and influence strategic deals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
✅ AI-Led Banking Transformation: Identify and shape AI-driven opportunities across fraud detection, payments, customer experience, lending,
reconciliation, wealth management, and banking operations.
✅ Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CIOs, business heads, and senior leadership; articulate business value; and contribute to thought leadership, industry perspectives, and client advisory initiatives.
? Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in BFS consulting, advisory, solution architecture, or transformation leadership.
- Strong combination of banking business consulting, end-to-end solutioning, and strategic presales experience.
- Proven ability to connect business challenges with technology solutions and deliver tangible business impact.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience contributing to strategic proposals, large deals, and AI-enabled banking transformation initiatives.
