We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cake Baker / Bakery Chef to join our school team.

Qualification:

- Minimum Class 10 or Class 12 passed.
- Certificate/Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cake baking, confectionery, or bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Handle cake icing, frosting, decoration, and customized cake preparation.
- Maintain food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Manage baking ingredients, stock, and minimize wastage.
- Prepare bakery items according to the school's requirements and schedule.
