- Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway, or similar QSR brands will be preferred. Required Skills: Leadership, communication, team management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
