Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance Controllership team in Bangalore. This training program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to corporate finance, business partnering, and financial governance. Under the mentorship of senior finance leaders, you will support financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles, gaining invaluable practical experience to launch a successful post-qualification career.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Support the team in consolidating data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.



• Assist in performing monthly variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget) and preparing draft for review.

Financial & MIS Reporting

- Help prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and track KPIs across business units. • Assist in monthly books closure activities and the preparation of draft financial statements.

Compliance & Governance

- Assist in ensuring accounting schedules align with Ind-AS, IFRS, and local GAAP standard requirements. • Help document and test internal financial controls and compliance checklists.
