Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial to lead commercial strategy, profitability, contract management, procurement coordination, financial control, and risk management for a technology-driven B2B marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive commercial strategy, pricing, margin management, and overall profitability.
- Lead contract negotiations, vendor management, and commercial agreements.
- Oversee procurement coordination, cost optimization, and CAPEX/OPEX approvals.
- Manage working capital, billing, collections, receivables, and cash flow in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure GST, taxation, statutory compliance, commercial governance, and internal controls.
- Lead the commercial team and present MIS, profitability reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

- CA qualification is mandatory; non-CA candidates will not be considered.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in commercial management, financial control, pricing, and contract management.




- At least 4–5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
- Experience in steel, cement, construction materials, manufacturing, or B2B commerce preferred.
- Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, costing, margin management, working capital, GST, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
