Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading Accounting & Advisory Firms for its Audit & Assurance practice in Gurugram.

? Location: Gurugram

? Qualification: CA (ICAI) – 2026 Pass-outs / CA Freshers

⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

? Experience: Freshers preferred; candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant audit experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in statutory audit planning and execution.
- Perform audit procedures, including substantive testing, analytical reviews, and verification of financial statements.
- Review financial records, supporting documents, and internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving audit-related issues.




- Work closely with team members to ensure audit quality and timely completion of assignments.

What We’re Looking For:

- Qualified CA (ICAI), preferably a 2026 pass-out or fresher.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing standards, and statutory audit procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled audit environment.
