Role Overview

- Purpose: Protect and grow company funds while ensuring legal compliance.
- Reports to: Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or executive leadership.
- Work setting: Full time office.

Key Responsibilities

- Budgeting: Create annual budgets and monitor ongoing expenses.
- Forecasting: Predict future earnings and cash flow needs.

· Compliance: Follow tax laws, accounting standards, and local regulations.: Ensure adherence to tax laws, regulatory standards, and financial policies. · Financial Strategy: Build long-term financial plans, manage capital structure, and guide investment decisions.

· Cash Flow and Risk: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and evaluate financial risks.

· Reporting and Budgets: Oversee accounting, financial forecasting, and accurate reporting for stakeholders. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries.

Direct and mentor finance and accounting departments Supervise accountants, analysts, and junior finance staff

Cost Accounting : · Fixed Costs: Expenses that do not change with production levels (e.g., rent, salaries).

· Variable Costs: Expenses that fluctuate directly with output volume (e.g., raw materials).

· Direct Costs: Costs easily traced to a specific product (e.g., wood for a chair).

· Indirect Costs: Overhead costs shared across operations (e.g., factory utilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: M.B.A.in Finance
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of background in financial analysis or accounting.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel. Telly Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
