:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Restated Financial Statements (RFS), LRR, and IOP, along with a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and finalize Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
- Conduct or assist in statutory audits, including audits of listed companies.
- Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Manage direct taxation, indirect taxation (GST), TDS, and related statutory compliance.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams to complete assignments on time.
- Maintain proper documentation and comply with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.




- Handle LRR- and IOP-related assignments as per organizational requirements.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidate Requirements Qualified

- Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Practical experience in Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
- Working knowledge of LRR and IOP. Strong understanding of statutory audits, financial reporting, and Ind AS.
- Good knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
