Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and build the Automotive Business Vertical for aluminium extrusions and value-added components.

- Drive current business acquisition with automotive Tier-1 suppliers and selected OEMs.

- Lead customer development, vendor registration, RFQ participation, costing, commercial negotiations, customer nominations and long-term business opportunities.

- Own business growth, revenue targets, pricing, profitability and overall P&L; performance.

- Develop strategic relationships with customer stakeholders across Purchase, Engineering, Quality and senior management.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.

- Build and lead a high-performing automotive team across Sales, Key Accounts, Engineering, Costing and Program Management.
