The candidate should understand how a company selects vendors, purchases goods or services, processes invoices, and makes payments. They must coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT teams to improve processes and implement system changes.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 7 to 10 years in S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations.

- Core Domain: Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

- Business Analysis: Requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

- Testing: UAT, QA, implementation, and deployment support.

- Tools: SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, or Zip; Excel and Power BI are useful.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.





Significant Screening Guidelines

Do not shortlist candidates solely because they have Accounts Payable experience. Check whether they have supported process improvement, business requirements, systems implementation, or UAT.

Your primary screening focus: S2P/P2P domain knowledge + business analysis + process improvement/system implementation + 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Tools such as Ariba, Coupa, and Power BI strengthen the profile, but the JD describes them as preferred or advantageous rather than universally mandatory.
