Role overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of AI, data, and automation projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates who possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and are eager to work at the intersection of technology and business strategy. The BSA will work closely with project managers, data teams, and clients to translate requirements into actionable insights, ensure alignment across teams, and drive clarity in execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in gathering, documenting, and tracking project requirements and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, AI, and business) to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation user stories, BRDs, meeting notes, and delivery trackers.
- Assist in UAT coordination, capturing feedback, and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Conduct secondary research, data validation, and support reporting/dashboard builds under guidance.
- Communicate updates effectively across internal teams and clients; maintain clarity in progress tracking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and documentation frameworks.

Education / Qualification

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Interdisciplinary graduates (e.g., BBA + Data Analytics, Engineering + Management, Commerce + IT) are highly encouraged.

• Preference for candidates who have demonstrated leadership, project coordination, or analytical thinking through internships or academic projects.
