We are seeking a dynamic and versatile qualified to work closely with the Director and drive cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities1.

Strategic Support

- Partner with the Director to develop and execute business strategies.
- Track organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics across departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership decision-making.

2. Marketing

- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for branding and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

3. Sales

- Assist in sales planning, pipeline tracking, and target achievement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance data and generate actionable insights.

4. Human Resources (HR)

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs.




- Act as a bridge between employees and leadership.

5. Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure timely execution.

6. Project Management

- Lead and manage cross-departmental projects.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication between teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,198.70 - ₹41,993.89 per month
