We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a seasoned sales leader to own and drive our growth engine.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to build, lead and scale our international sales and business development vertical. You will develop revenue strategies and drive sales for international company incorporation, market entry and cross-border business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the sales strategy for international incorporation
- Own revenue, pipeline, sales targets and business growth
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development team
- Understand client requirements around company formation, taxation, trade, banking and compliance,



and position the right solution
- Develop sales processes, CRM systems, KPIs and forecasting mechanisms
- Identify new countries, products and revenue opportunities
- Personally manage high-value and strategic client relationships

What We're Looking For

- 5 to 10 years of experience in international sales, business development or consulting
- Strong experience in company incorporation, corporate services, taxation or international business
- Good understanding of international tax, trade, compliance and cross-border business structures
- Proven track record of building teams and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business vertical from the ground up
