About the RoleNWAY Technologies is looking for a proactive Senior Lead Qualification Executive to manage inbound enquiries for its ERP products, qualify potential customers, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
- Contact and qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, users, decision-makers, and implementation timelines.
- Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Identify genuine opportunities and filter duplicate, spam, competitor, and irrelevant leads.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead status and sales progress.




- Prepare daily MIS reports covering lead sources, qualification status, call activity, follow-ups, and assignments.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead management and conversion.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and business processes.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in inbound lead qualification, B2B lead management, CRM operations, or ERP/software sales support will be preferred.
