Job Purpose To ensure that necessary Sales and Order booking Target as per Organisation requirements are met.
Roles & Responsibilities
Objective Key Responsibilities (OKRs)
1. Explore the market for Solar EPC and tap relevant opportunities.
2. List down, update & track, on a regular basis, the opportunities till closure.
3. Coordinate meetings between engineering/design/estimation team with clients for discussing & finalizing techno-commercial terms.
4. LOA & Contract finalization with developers / clients within specific timelines
5. Provide market intelligence by way of competitor activities & other relevant info.
6. Develop insights (based on past, present data, future estimates) and share with management during reviews
7. Devise strategies based on above insights and create recent business opportunities (or improve existing business plan and try to achieve goals)
Team Manager Responsibilities Ensure necessary dealing with Internal and External Stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
Order Booking.
Organisational Accountabilities
M eet necessary Order Booking Targets in terms of Capacities, values and Profit margins.
Key Internal Stakeholders
Design, Projects, SCM, Planning, Finance and Estimation
Key External Stakeholders
IPP Clients, Gov Office and Officials, OEMs etc.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience in solar business development preferably or experience in Solar EPC company or in business development, sales, marketing departments of a similar industry.
Education and Certifications
BE - Engineering Electrical / Mechanical (EEE, ECE). Additional if possible post-graduation MBA with marketing or post graduate diploma in marketing.
Interpersonal Skills
Good communication, writing and presentation skills to deal with customer/stake holders/interested parties.
Attitude | Key Competencies
Attitude/aptitude skills to deal with customers and satisfy customer.
